The Guardian - 1806Luke Hansard of London
The Guardian - by Alexander Chalmers - printed in 1806 by Luke Hansard of London. This is the 2nd volume of a 2 volume set. Full leather bound.
- Measures about 5.5" x 8.5" x 1.25".
Part of our Estate Collection and in very good vintage condition. The leather boards and spine show some rubbing and the corners have some minor bumping. There is also minor chipping on the spine and corners. The binding and hinges look good and feel secure. There is a bookplate/sticker on the inside of the front cover from a previous owner, Davy Hulme Hall of England. Varying degrees of foxing throughout, but nothing overly significant.
